Our College & Young Adults Ministry is uniquely designed to help young adults engage their faith as part of an active and vibrant community of believers. Whether you are a student or member of the workforce, the Fairview College & Young Adults Ministry offers multiple opportunities for you to grow in your faith through relevant Bible teaching, Spirit-led worship, missions projects, and hanging out with other young adult believers.

Sunday Morning Groups

We currently have 2 connection groups for college students on Sunday mornings, where young adults can experience community and grow as disciples of Jesus. One group meets at 8AM in Room 305 on the Fairview campus. The other meets at 10:45AM at Pike House Coffee on Tazewell Pike. It’s just around the corner from the church, so it’s super easy to attend the 9AM worship service, and then head on over to Pike House to have some coffee, fellowship with other young adults, and experience in depth Bible study with our NextGen Pastor. Both groups are open, so choose which one works best for you and come join us!

Community and More

Off-campus gatherings are a very special part of the college ministry at Fairview when we come together for community and ministry. We believe the call of Jesus on this generation is not just to have church, but to BE the church – and that means creating a culture of discipleship. Rather than making these nights “event-based” (another worship service), we are currently utilizing these times to build community, do hands on ministry, and partner with other churches and ministries to take the Kingdom of Heaven into the culture around us. There’s no set schedule – we want to be very open to what Holy Spirit is doing from week to week – so for more information on where and when we will be each week, pick up an info card on Sunday and check out the Fairview Five, OR contact our NextGen Pastor at [email protected]
